Customised lid design, lifting handle and differential pressure gauge to indicate blocked filters

We were asked to customise our multi bag housings to suit specific customer requirements. The standard vessel design was not suitable for the small space envelope available for installation.

We rotated the lid and redesigned the handle so that the operators could easily access and maintain the filter bags. A DP gauge was hard piped on the vessels for visual indication of blocked filters.

Multi bag filter housings are capable of handling high flow rates in demanding industrial applications. These Stainless Steel units are supplied with a spring assisted hinged lid and swing bolts. New optional acuraLock lid locking mechanism increases operator safety.
