Hygienic Filter Trolley
Delivered as a solvent filtration application for a Pharmaceutical company.
We supplied STERALine FBH and STERALine PBT Hygienic cartridge filter housings assembled in series on a mobile skid to work as a prefilter and fine filter.
STERALine FBH housings can be used with filter bags or with a cleanable mesh lined baskets. STERALine PBT housings take Code 7 type polishing filters in a range of micron ratings.
These two housings were customised to operate on a trolley for a mobile filtration solution. All sanitary filter housings are constructed with 316 Stainless Steel, come with hygienic connections and internal surface finish of Ra 0.8 or 0.4 micron.
